Outside Fit 

Width - A

Measure the outside of the window frame from edge to edge.

Drop - B

Measure from the top of the window frame to the bottom of the window frame.

Inside Fit

Width - C

Measure the inside edge of the window frame from side to side at the top, middle and bottom of the window for accuracy. 

Drop - D

Measure the inside edge of the window frame from top to bottom.
